Mr. David L. Jacobson is a published, patented, and highly sought-after expert in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Statistics as they relate to Finance, Healthcare, and Information Technology.  He possesses a continuous track record of success in Federal, Commercial, and Entrepreneurial pursuits. 

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Naval Postrgraduate School, David served as the Chief Technologist (CTO) of U.S. Military Health System, the 2^nd largest health care organization in the world.  He invented the artificial intelligence which detected the cause of Persian Gulf War Illness.  As a senior executive for Agilent (formerly HP), David led three R&D Divisions in two years, transforming each from financial liabilities to full profitability. 

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Jacobson founded Jacobson & Associates, LLC (J&A), a highly successful Healthcare & Financial Analytics company.  He invented DaMi2^TM, the subject of 1 awarded and 3 pending patents.
