With over 16 years of program and project management experience, Faith is a seasoned operations manager with a specific focus on Information Technology(IT) and Dissemination.  Faith also manages J&A’s Customer Relations Team.  Prior to co-founding J&A, Faith managed a series of multi-million dollar Federal and Commercial IT programs.  Faith has a strong background in Healthcare IT, Systems Deployment, Infrastructure Capacity Planning, Web Portal Development, Customer Relations and Consumer Response, and Systems Deployment.
